Produced with 70% of the Sangiovese variety and 30% of the Merlot variety of the Il Marrugio farm. The grapes, selected during the October harvest, macerate in steel for about 15-17 days, fermenting at a temperature between 25 and 26 ° C; then it goes on to refinement, carried out for 12 (?) months in steel containers, and bottling. It is the floral scents that open to a straightforward structured sip, transmitting complexity and richness that leads to a long and harmonious finish.
