Produced with 60% of the Merlot variety and 40% of the Sangiovese variety of the Il Marrugio farm. The grapes, selected during the October harvest, macerate in steel for about 15-17 (?) Days, fermenting at a temperature between 25 and 26 ° C; then it passes to the refinement, carried out for 12 months in steel containers, and to bottling. It is a balanced, intense, structured red, of indisputable pleasantness, which can easily become the faithful companion both for the everyday table and for carefree evenings with friends.
