Produced with over 60% of the Vermentino variety, 20% of the Trebbiano variety and lower percentages of the Incontro Manzoni and Malvasia varieties of the Il Marrugio farm, the grapes are grown on land located in an area rich in elderberry plants (hence the first name). This white wine originates from a careful selection of the grapes, followed by a vinification in steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the best aromatic characteristics and a short period of aging in the bottle. From the first sip, the freshness and flavor pervade the palate, leaving a pleasantly acidulous, fresh and long-lasting taste in the mouth. It has such versatility that it goes well with many dishes and is excellent to taste as an aperitif.
