Produced with 50% of the syrah variety and 50% of the cabernet franc variety of the Il Marrugio farm, this wine matures 6 months in oak barrels and then refines at least another 12 months in the bottle before being marketed. We find on the sip an essential wine on the one hand, then extremely pleasant and satisfying on the other, passing from the spicy memories given by the syrah and the vegetal tones of the cabernet franc. Everything leads to harmony and smoothness resulting from a carefully calibrated and carefully worked blend.
