Vinified in purity with 100% of the Incrocio Manzoni variety of the Il Marrugio farm, this variety comes from the cross between riesling is pinot bianco obtained from prof. Manzoni in the 1930s after a long and valuable selection work at the Conegliano Enological School. Balanced and very intense, in its youth this cross shows the finesse and maternal aromas of Pinot Blanc, evolving over time towards the paternal mineral traits of Riesling. The vinification takes place with a short maceration on the skins for about 8 hours, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in steel at low temperature. Maintenance on the fine lees follows. In the following spring with static decanting completed, bottling and marketing take place (we await specifications from Wulf !!!). It enjoys an excellent drink thanks to its freshness and minerality.
