Produced with 100% of the Sangiovese variety of the Il Marrugio farm. When the grapes have reached the ideal ripeness to be harvested, selected and arrive in the cellar healthy and of excellent quality, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation proceeds. The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques and then another 10 (?) Months in the bottle. The 2014 vintage shows a bright ruby red color, intense in the typical aroma of the variety and with a firm and decisive flavor, rich in tannins that slide on the palate and leave a good freshness and persistence in the mouth.
